Nog 4 volgers! Only 4 followers more!

ENGLISH: Who will be my last four followers before I give away (twice!) my stafford crochet pattern to two of my first 100 followers? Already following me and really wanting to win the pattern? Please share my give away on your own blog, a crochet forum or your facebook page! I am hoping to give away the patterns very soon so I can think about a new action :-)

Oranje boven! Queens Day!

ENGLISH:

In about two weeks we celebrate the birthday of our queen Beatrix, on April the 30th. This will be the last year, because from that day we will have a king: Willem-Alexander! I wanted to make something nice in the real Dutch colors orange, red, white and blue. I made a little dress for a todler! I made it with Phildar Aviso, one of my favorite yarns. The nice thing about this dress is that you don't need to sew anything (except for the buttons and application of course...). Everything is crocheted together!

I got the idea when I was going through a crochet book from the seventies that I recently bought. Unfortunately I couldn't make a lot of the pattern (understatement...), so I changed it here and there. I am very happy with the result :-) Now I will have to see which little girl can wear this dress ;-)

Hoera we hebben een winnaar! Yes we have a winner!

Wauw!

ENGLISH:

Wow! 55 followers already, thank you very much for following my blog!

As I wrote in a previous post, I was going to give away a crochet pattern of my 'staffy' when I had reached 50 followers. Well, it's even more and I hope it will keep on growing, because when I reach a 100 followers, I will again give away my pattern.

But, who is the winner of this very first give away? Ingrid Houssin! Congratulations :-)
Your name popped up first in a randomized list I made on the internet. Please contact me so I can send you the pattern :-)

New pictures

Yesterday I made some new pictures of my crochet pattern designs. I used my old baby dolls as models (sweet memories...) ;-)

Hooded cocoon for newborn/baby with hearts. I used Phildar Aviso.

Cute newborn hat with hearts all around, also with Phildar Aviso.

Sleep sack for newborn/baby with catchy colors and hearts. This one is different from the cocoon, the sack/bag is straight instead of round.

Developing...

At the moment I am busy developing a new pattern for a particular kind of dog. I love to see it coming to life, and can't wait to share the pattern! Till then it's my little secret... I hope you will like it as much as I already do!
